What You’ll Be Doing
As one of the first people patients interact with, you’ll help ensure our office runs smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Assisting prospective patients by explaining our services and office policies
- Responding to patient questions
- Managing patient messages and phone transfers
- Helping patients purchase supplements and place special orders
- Drafting patient correspondence
- Maintaining accurate patient information
- Filing and other administrative duties
- Preparing and stocking exam rooms
- Supporting physicians and staff throughout the day
- Helping keep our office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently

Qualifications & Job Requirements
### Please review the following requirements before applying:
- FULL-TIME position
- Located in **Arcadia/Phoenix**
- In-person position
- Position available immediately
- Full-time: Monday through Friday required
- Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM & Fri 8-2:15
- One-hour unpaid lunch
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum **5 years of computer experience**
- Minimum **2 years of customer service experience**
- Comfortable using **Macintosh computers**
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Background check required
