Dr. Olivia Watkins

Olivia Watkins, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) based in Phoenix, AZ, was born and raised in the sprawling blue hills of Northeast Georgia. She graduated from Brenau University with a Bachelor’s in Biology and Women’s Studies. In 2018, she graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Watkins is now completing her general medicine residency at Living Wellness Medical Center, where she enjoys the investigative process of discovering fundamental causes to illness and supporting her patients toward optimal health.
Practicing the principles of naturopathic medicine allows Dr. Watkins to address disease and chronic health conditions with powerful integrative and individualized care. Nutritional counseling, acupuncture, and botanical medicine are a few therapeutic modalities Dr. Watkins utilizes in her approach to patient care. Dr. Watkins practices general medicine with a particular focus on women’s health, gastrointestinal disorders, and metabolic support.
